About Clovia

Clovia M.Ng is the owner and Creative Director of CNGraphics Art and Design, working as a professional fine artist and graphic designer for over 35 years. She branded her business in 2008 with a self-designed logo of the state bird of New York, depicting her love of nature, color, harmony and incorporating her Asian background using the shape of the yin yang symbol. Her elegant fine watercolor paintings of en plein air landscapes were exhibited in over 28 gallery shows throughout New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. She was professionally trained in illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design and achieved a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Purchase College. Clovia worked full-time as an Art Director for several trade and consumer publications and now specializes in design strategy and developing brands for her clients – entrepeneurs and corporations – in the restaurant industry and many others, across the USA. Her thoughtful and effective designs have helped her clients thrive through a difficult economy with profit-driven designs. She also offers her original works of art and giclees to collectors and is accepting commissions – please inquire. Clovia presently resides in White Plains, NY where her studio is located.
