HOW TO PURCHASE A WORK OF ART?
Clovia accepts inquiries regarding a new Commission or Sale of an Original Artwork – many of which displayed on this website are available for purchase. A variety of framing options are also offered for the finished Work of Art. Please send an inquiry with a brief description of a project or with the title of a specific piece of interest along with your information in the Contact form on this website. Thank you.
OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK
With respect to all Artwork created by Clovia, the Artist, retains all rights to display, promote and reproduce her Artworks. The Sale of a Fine Artwork does not include reproduction rights to the Buyer as noted in a Contract of Sale that is to be signed by both parties, Buyer and Artist.

For illustration, certain rights can be transferred to the Buyer depending on the Usage of such Artwork (a Hi-Res digital file of final original will be provided as an EPS with vector outlines) and/or (a low-res JPEG) for web usage where the Artist’s fees can vary, as detailed in a written contract.
