As a fine artist, Clovia strives to create sensitive and naturalistic paintings with exquisite detail that will engage the viewer with compelling color. She paints contemporary representional watercolors. She has studied traditional art and masters such as John Singer Sargeant at Rhode Island School of Design, Purchase College, and Parsons in New York and France. "My vision is to capture emotion and movement and maintain a unique expressive quality on a timeless level in the painting." Her artworks hang in the private collections of many fine homes throughout the United States. Clovia exhibits her latest works in art galleries in the Greater New York area.
